Terms of Service

By creating an account or using EdgeLytics (the website and the connected Discord bot), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

EdgeLytics is a trading journal: a tool for logging and reviewing your own trades, statistics, and reflections. It is not a broker, exchange, or investment adviser.

Nothing in EdgeLytics - including statistics, calculators, market-calendar data, or any other feature - is financial, investment, or trading advice. Trading involves risk, including the risk of loss, and past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use EdgeLytics. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Reverse engineer or scrape the service beyond normal use.
• Upload content you don't have the right to share.

You retain ownership of the trades, notes, and images you submit. You grant us the license needed to store and display that content back to you as part of the service (for example, rendering a shareable recap image you request). You are responsible for what you upload.

EdgeLytics is provided "as is" and "as available." Features may change, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

EdgeLytics is currently free to use. If that changes in the future, we'll give notice before any fees apply to your account.

You may stop using EdgeLytics and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EdgeLytics and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including trading losses resulting from decisions made using data or tools within it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [your governing jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of EdgeLytics after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
